At DIY Wrap Club, we want every customer to have a smooth and successful installation experience. If you ever need a replacement piece for your vinyl or paint protection film products, the process is simple. Your replacement benefits depend on your membership tier.
General Replacement Policy
All replacements are tied to the items from your original order. This includes single piece products and multi piece kits such as chrome deletes, PPF kits, tint kits, and other vinyl items.
Standard Protection
Standard is free for all customers.
Members receive 50 percent off all replacement items.
Defective materials are always replaced at no cost.
Shipping rates apply unless your order meets the free shipping threshold for merchandise.
Plus Protection
Plus members receive one free replacement per order.
Any additional replacements from the same order are 50 percent off.
Shipping follows the Plus member policy for merchandise orders of 99 dollars or more within the continental US.
Pro Protection
Pro members receive up to three free replacements per order.
Any additional replacements from that same order are 50 percent off.
Pro members also receive free standard shipping on all replacement orders within the continental US.
Defective items are always replaced free of charge.
Chrome Delete Kits and Multi Piece Kits
Free replacements apply to individual components rather than the entire kit.
Your membership tier determines how many free components you can request from each order.
Standard members receive 50 percent off replacement components.
Plus members receive one free component per order, then 50 percent off.
Pro members receive up to three free components per order, then 50 percent off the rest.
Defective Material Policy
Any defective material is replaced free of charge for all membership tiers.
Ji Guarantee
If you purchased the Ji Guarantee on an older order, your coverage still applies. Replacement pieces covered under your Ji Guarantee will be provided according to the terms of that program.
