TESBROS Return Policy

At TESBROS, your satisfaction is our priority. If your purchase isn’t quite right, our return policy is designed to make the process as easy as possible.

Return Eligibility

• Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned within 30 days of receiving them to qualify for a full refund (excluding shipping charges).
• Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs. If you choose to use our return label, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
• Non-Returnable Items: Some items are non-returnable (see below for details).

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following products are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund:

• Custom products like the DIY Full Body Vinyl Wrap for Cybertruck.
• DIY Protection Kits for Cybertruck, Model Y, Model 3, Model 3 Highland, and Model S.
• Gift cards.

Refund Details

• Refund Amount: Refunds are based on the price paid after any discounts or credits have been applied.
• Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Promotional Items: If your order included promotional items, they must be returned, or their value will be deducted from your refund.

Sale Price Adjustment

• Eligibility: We offer a sale price adjustment if the item was not on sale when purchased and the request is made within 7 days of the order date.

Processing Your Return

• Processing Time: Refunds are processed within two business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
• Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 2-7 business days to post, depending on your bank.

Faulty or Used Items

• Faulty Items: If an item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return or exchange.

Exchanges

• Exchange Policy: Exchanges are allowed for select items. Once your exchange is approved, we’ll ship the replacement to you.
